I love coming here for my oil change! And I can’t say that about most places I’ve been to in Parker/Aurora. Most are overpriced and even when you have an appointment, you are waiting at least an hour at other places. At Take 5 Oil Change they literally have you in and out in 15 minutes or less and usually it’s less! No appointment needed, just drive up! The guys are super friendly and knowledgeable and usually offering online deals.

Shawn and Kaleab handled everything at the Chambers Road location, and from the moment I pulled into the pit, the service felt attentive and unhurried — even when things got a little complicated. They flagged that my coolant needed to be exchanged, which turned out to be my first one on this vehicle. It gave them some resistance — my car backed up pit three and created a bottleneck they had to work through. Neither of them made me feel like an inconvenience. Alex & Greg were awesomely fantastic! They were both professional, and knew stats on my super old vehicle. They both need a raise!!!! I just moved in the neighborhood. I went to the shop across the street, and they didn't even speak to me and left me standing at the front counter way too long. Alex greeting me right away, and with a nice cool bottle of water. I've had two vehicles service at the Mississippi & Chamber station in Aurora, CO. I am very, very impressed with the service I got. Not having to get out of your vehicle is a game changer. The staff was on their jobs and best behavior. I saw teamwork, great manners and a willingness to satisfy the customers. I would highly recommend Take 5.

Caleb was great! He pointed out the necessary items that needed to be addressed and provided affordable solutions. Everyone worked as a team and got what would takes days at the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. I will going to Take 5 from now on for my vehicle servicing needs and I would recommend Take 5 to anyone who needs servicing of their vehicle. Great job Caleb and team. And great job Take 5.
