I don’t usually write reviews, but after my second great experience at Take 5, I had to. Both times I’ve gone, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. From the moment you pull up, they make the whole process feel easy and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate as a woman in my 20s is that they actually take the time to explain everything they’re doing and walk you through the service without making you feel uncomfortable or pressured. Unfortunately, I know a lot of women my age feel nervous going to car service places alone because it can feel intimidating or like you’re being taken advantage of. I never once felt that way here. They were honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. The customer service is honestly top tier. They even offer you a water while your car is being serviced, which is such a small thing but makes the experience feel that much more thoughtful. The fact that you stay in your car the whole time is also a huge plus. The service is quick, efficient, and the staff keeps the conversation going so the time flies by. I was able to get my oil changed and still have enough time to grab lunch all within my one-hour break from work. I came back to the office talking nonstop about how great my experience was. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Take 5 and recommending them to everyone I know!

I was greeted upon entry with a bottle of water, all three staff members were very professional, make sure you meet with respect, and we’re extremely efficient. I was given a bottle of water, everything that was done to the vehicle was explained, I was offered additional items that could be necessary, but we’re at my discretion, no pressure. The entire experience took no more than 15 minutes, and I received excellent service. I will definitely return to take five in the future.

Trevor and Levi helped me get my oil and air filter changed. It took no time at all and Trevor walked me through the entire process as it was happening. Getting my oil changed has never been so easy. I was able to find a Groupon online and I was given a coupon to bring any cars back that I have 10 out of 10 totally recommend all process took under 10 minutes and that was cause he helped me to turn off the oil change sensor light I’ll definitely be taking my other cars back. There was no wait at all.

Theo and his crew were friendly efficient, knowledgeable. When I forgot to retrieve my credit card, Theo called me, and let me know. he had my card and that it was safe. I was able to go back and pick it up. They’re the greatest!

Marcelino and the crew here at Take 5 Oil Change were fast efficient and very kind! Instead of taking advantage of what I don’t know .. they made sure to take care of me and get me back on the road with a better running car. They didn’t over charge me for anything in fact they helped me with as many discounts as they could! Definitely my new oil change spot!
