I drove in literally 15 mins before they closed. (Called first to make sure they were open. The gentleman I talk to didn't have any attitude which let's be honest most customer service places you call 15 mins before closing ALWAYS HAVE ATTITUDE. Just simply said come on in.) I was greeting, explained and SHOWN everything they were going to do and DID just what they showed and explained. I will say, I am now a take 5 oil lady! I will NOT go to any other place. Simply for their professionalism. You guys were amazing! Thank you!
Hi y’all! I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had yesterday at Take 5 Oil Change! First and foremost, a huge shout-out to Jonathan (Johnny) and Julian for their professionalism, kindness, and patience. They took the time to explain everything throughout the process and helped me feel comfortable with my decisions. My regular mechanic wasn’t available, and after previous experiences at other drive-through oil change locations, I was a little hesitant to try somewhere new. Their wonderful customer service over the phone is what encouraged me to come in, and they continued to impress me once I arrived! The service was convenient, I found a great coupon online, and they even greeted me with a bottle of water. Those thoughtful touches, along with the care they showed, definitely earned my business! Johnny and Julian are the duo you want to see “Top Flight Mechanics of the World!” 😂 Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!
Fast and friendly service. Everything that was being done was explained to me ste by step...unlike most companies like this I have visited there was no pushy up selling just simple questions and that was it. The technician that performed my service quietly announced each step he was completing as he did so which gives great piece of mind for this sort of service. I highly recommend this location on McHenry for ould changes and will continue to use it myself.
