I came across this place by chance on my way to Costco while visiting Fresno, and I happened to need an oil change. I was a little unsure at first, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did! The service was quick, and the customer service was excellent. They explained what needed attention without pressuring me to buy anything extra, and they respected my decisions. Kenny was fantastic! I highly recommend this place.
Excellent customer service not only to me as the driver but to my back seat passenger (3yr old son). The service was super quick, but the safety checks after the service was a first I've seen from any place. They also offer a military discount which for a full synthetic oil change was awesome, because it really does beat the competitions prices. Even without the military discount they aren't over charging.... Definitely will be my go to oil changing spot!!! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!! See y'all on the next go around!!!
My second visit here. This is the happiest, energetic oil change place I have ever been to! I wish I could remember the 2 guys names that were there, but I went in on tuesday morning 9/29. The did not pressure me to buy additional services or items. The were awesome as in teamwork, just jived so impressively. I will ONLY get oil changes at this location, until the wheels fall off!
