Oil Change Service Shaw Avenue

From the moment that I drove up, I knew it was going to be a good experience. Kyle greeted me with waters and a friendly smile and explained the whole process as I was a first time customer there. Alexis and Kenny took my information and started the oil change while in conversation with me. the whole trip took less than 15 minutes. They were kind, efficient , and fast ! I was even able to utilize a $25 off coupon!! I will definitely be back for my next top off. Customer service is Top-notch. these guys all had great personalities and even engaged with my toddler, giving her fruit snacks! I would recommend everyone in the area to come and stop by for your next oil change.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I went during peak heat hours and they offered cold water while waiting for oil change. I can say even as an extrovert i felt overwhelmed with Questions and people everywhere. I can state my personal thoughts came with them calling out each and every stage of work and having someone at my window explaining each stage… I had an oil change only. Again.:: offering cold water was awesome I just feel the level of talking was a bit much. They also start the oil change process prior to costs. I personally didn’t have a problem with cost whatever, But it would have been nice to know what my options are prior to things set in motion. Bottom line, love their friendly behavior, offerings of water while waiting… despise the costs brought up once things already started and despise the constant human interaction when not necessary. An oil change doesn’t require 15 minutes out of 17 minutes being talked too. Adjustable levels of being in a customers face constantly hearing each and every stage… I’d say this place is top notch just way too much talking.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. I needed an oil change on my Jeep Cherokee, and had never been to Take 5 and wanted to at least check it out. BEST DECISION EVER!!! As soon as I pulled up, I was offered a COLD water, went over their services with me and I pulled in the bay. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was professional, courteous and explained everything they were doing as they went along. I was impressed and had never experienced that before, especially such thorough work! They were consistent and friendly from beginning to end. WALMART JUST LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE I’M GOING TO TAKE5 FROM HERE ON OUT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO TOP TIER IT MAKES YOU NEVER WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE! SERIOUSLY! Wish I had known about them sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fast service. Clean shop. Offered me water. I appreciated that they showed me my engine air filter and didn’t automatically recommend a new one — that’s a new one for me; it’s normally an automatic upsell at most shops. The $100 for a full synthetic is unfortunately pretty standard at most places — I was able to get a $25-off coupon. If they offer coupon deals like that in the future, I’ll definitely come back. About $80 after taxes is pretty much the cheapest I can find anywhere for a full synthetic oil change. And while the service was great and I would return — I’ll still defer to getting the cheapest oil change I can find in the future.

I came here since they were the only oil change place near me open past 7. I don’t normally go here and they said it would be a 20 minute wait and then kindly offered me an ice cold water as I waited for service. I waited no longer than 10 minutes and they got me in and out quickly with great customer service and support! I would highly recommend you visit if you ever need an oil change. The team working there is very knowledgeable and friendly.
