I had a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Lawrenceville Highway! Dion, my service technician, performed my oil change and even showed me the dipstick afterward so I could personally verify the oil level. I truly appreciated that extra level of care and transparency. Korey checked my cabin air filter, which desperately needed to be replaced, and took care of the replacement even though it turned out to be a more involved task than expected. When I had concerns about not receiving a promised discount, they were immediately escalated to the manager, Quentin. He then contacted the main store manager, Erika, to look into the issue and make sure it was properly addressed. The entire team was professional, attentive, transparent, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Dion, Korey, Quentin, and Erika, for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend this location!

I always return to this location because I have no doubts I’ll be given the best advice, services and not get taken advantage of as A female. On this particular visit I was helped by Ty and he really looked out and gave a superb service. Finding good customer service (especially in Atlanta) is rare so it’s so refreshing to go somewhere where people are just kind with quality service to match. I’m not sure what Ty’s role is but could absolutely see him rising to a manager or supervisor position. Either way I highly recommend this location

I had a great experience at this oil change location! Tyriq, AD, and Quentin were all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the entire process quick and easy while still taking the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciated their customer service and the way they treated me with respect. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about the customers. Great team and great service!
