Offered me a cold bottle of water when I arrived. Gave me clear options for my oil change. Very friendly. Helpful and empathetic when I had no idea where my hood release was! Replaced my air filter which was original and in need. Had to wait for another filter to come from an auto parts store, but they were very kind in their explanations and gave me a significant discount. The manager of this store is very professional. I know much more about my car leaving than when I arrived!
Wonderful service, the guys were so nice and helpful. Jake greeted us within 10 seconds of pulling up & offered us a cold water bottle (which was nice because it was 95 degrees out). Jake & Greyson explained everything & made recommendations as they were changing my oil. They were super quick and friendly, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Jake and his crew were friendly and efficient on a hot Saturday afternoon! They explained each step and I felt they were honest about the assessments; I never felt like they were trying to replace a filter that didn’t actually need replacing! Definitely will be seeing them again on our way through town!
