That was the most Informative oil change I've ever had. Normally I do most of my own car work. But buying a new to me car I wanted also new eyes on it lol. Braydon was the main one informing of things his co worker I can't remember his name I feel bad. But they helped me out so much apparently I bought a car with no coolant it spaced my own brain to even check it. I'm so blessed they caught that. Both of them had good communication skills and were very kind and respectful to us. I absolute recommend take 5 in Monticello arkansas!!! Also them 2 men need raises and title changes. I was shook when I found out they weren't managers or assistant managers.
I had a really smooth experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Monticello, AR. The team there was super quick and friendly, getting my oil changed in no time. They were also really clear about what they were doing and made sure I was all set before I left. Definitely a hassle-free visit!
They were very friendly and ready to serve me as a customer. They didn’t have the Valvoline oil that we use in our truck so I wasn’t able to get an oil change. But a really nice place!
