Oil Change Service W Markham St

I had a great experience getting my oil changed. All the workers greeted me, I was offered a cold water while I waited, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. This was one of the few times I've ever gotten my car worked on where I didn't feel I was being talked down to or treated like I don't know anything. This happens alot to ladies and at this point i understand general maintenence but it's still hard to feel confident when dealing with techs that treat you like its your first time driving. Thats why a good tech is always appreciated. The tech, shaveka, made sure I was informed about the best oil for my car and driving habits, that I was aware that the last filter was put in backwards (dealership), and showed me that my coolant should be exchanged soon. She even showed me service work on my car facts were it should have been done (dealership again) but didn't appear to have been. Every item she talked about was explained thoroughly and shown to me so I felt very secure in my replacements and the future maintenance recommendations. I truly wish every trip to a mechanic felt as professional and reassuring as this trip did. 10/10 definitely recommend :) especially for the ladies who feel like they get talked down to or can't feel comfortable in shops.

I brought in my wife’s 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee Wagoneer. Prior to changing my oil, I had two different technicians come and offer me a bottle of water. After they changed the oil my sensor malfunctioned, and it indicated that we were 2 quarts short of the amount needed, even though I observed them adding the proper amount. We went ahead and added one more quart and I drove the car home. After figuring out how to reset the oil level gauge It indicated that I had excess oil. I called back their manager, Shaveka McCullough, and she told me to bring the car back in. They ended up, draining all the freshly provided oil and then refilled it to the appropriate level with fresh oil. Even though the problem was due to a malfunction of the sensor on our car, she did not charge us for the extra oil they put in. That was way more than I expected!. It speaks a lot of the values that they have with that shop. I would definitely use them again!

I am so happy I was redirected from Rodney Parham to the Markham location. I will Make the Markham location in Little Rock my new go to spot. That location was spic and span. They were on the spot with everything they did. It was quick and seamless.. I have waited over an hour at the Rodney Parham location before and it was awful. SHAMEKA was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t even believe it was the same franchise. There was such a difference in the cleanliness and attitude. They actually seem to like their job at the Markham Street location..

The three employees that were changing everyones oil were incredible. There was a very long line because the other locations were down due to their pos system and were told to go to the Markham location because they were on a different pos. They were just wonderful and had smiles on their faces and took their time and were very thorough even though there were around ten cars waiting. they never lost their cool. the manager came out to apologize for the wait as well. i think his name was will. they were just very accommodating and pleasant even though there was a big rush.

This is the best location in Central Arkansas! Shaveka & her team were very kind and took care of my issues and all my questions! This is THE location I will return to. Shaveka deserves all the accolades!
