I’ve gone to a couple of Take 5’s, but this one is new and closest to my work and I went there for the 1st time last week and got amazing service! Cedric really cared to explain everything to me and ensure I was pleased with my service. There was another guy helping him as well who was wonderful but I didn’t get his name. My car has zip ties under it (for the time being) & he took the time to put them back on correctly and said he was one step ahead of me. The last Take 5 I went to left them undone so I was a little nervous trying a new one & the Ford place is hard to get into with my schedule right now. Thank yall for taking care of me and my vehicle!
I had a great experience getting my oil changed. All the workers greeted me, I was offered a cold water while I waited, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. This was one of the few times I've ever gotten my car worked on where I didn't feel I was being talked down to or treated like I don't know anything. This happens alot to ladies and at this point i understand general maintenence but it's still hard to feel confident when dealing with techs that treat you like its your first time driving. Thats why a good tech is always appreciated. The tech, shaveka, made sure I was informed about the best oil for my car and driving habits, that I was aware that the last filter was put in backwards (dealership), and showed me that my coolant should be exchanged soon. She even showed me service work on my car facts were it should have been done (dealership again) but didn't appear to have been. Every item she talked about was explained thoroughly and shown to me so I felt very secure in my replacements and the future maintenance recommendations. I truly wish every trip to a mechanic felt as professional and reassuring as this trip did. 10/10 definitely recommend :) especially for the ladies who feel like they get talked down to or can't feel comfortable in shops.
Much much much better than the location on Rodney Parham in Little Rock I will NEVER go back to that location I was there two hours and it was like they were trying to be as slow as possible. This location did a good job I was please with the service overall, although they weren’t the nicest in terms of interaction BUT I was there for an oil change and they did a good job at that.
