Oil Change in Little Rock, AR at 10907 Rodney Parham Rd..

Employee Shout-Out!! I wanted to take a moment to recognize JP, the manager at the Rodney Parham location in Little Rock, AR, for the exceptional service he gave me today. I actually only stopped in to have my oil topped off. While I was there, JP took the time to look at my service history and noticed that the mileage from my last oil change in November had been entered incorrectly. It showed that I was around 68,000 miles at the time when I was actually closer to 63,000. Because of that mistake, I wasn’t showing as due for another oil change until around 71,000 miles. JP caught the error and recommended that I go ahead and have it changed to be safe, which I really appreciated, especially since my oil was extremely low. Had he not taken the time to notice the mileage discrepancy, I could have continued driving much longer than I should have before my next oil change. He also went above and beyond by checking my cabin air filter behind the glove box, something no one had ever checked for me before. He showed me how dirty it was, gave me a discount on the replacement, and told me he didn’t want me breathing in all that dust and bacteria. He also pointed out that there is a recall involving my engine, which I wasn’t aware of, and made sure the air in my tires was topped off before I left. What really stuck with me was when JP told me that he treats every customer’s car like it’s his own mom’s or grandma’s car. I could genuinely tell that he meant it. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I felt like he was actually looking out for me and wanted to make sure my car was taken care of. I thanked him before I left and told him I would make sure to give him kudos. Since JP is the manager of the location, I hope this can be passed along to his district manager or whoever directly oversees his store. He absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way he takes care of his customers. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back. Please pass along my appreciation and recognition to JP and his district manager. My service rendered by Shaheem and my pit tech who wonderfully worked with Shaheem was superb. Customer service was superb. I went in for windshield wiper installation received and also much needed service repair for inside air filter. Everything was checked as I had not expected. I appreciate the thorough job done.

The guys at this place of business were the most amazing group of mechanics I have been around in a while. They were professional and hit every point of service in the book. They were so hard working and pleasant it made me happy to see so much good at a business with what is out there at some businesses these days. Thank you for all your hard work.
