It was better than last time. It was more informative, each step was explained before it was done. Each charge was explained before the service was added to the list. The employees were nice and hospital, was offered water as soon as we got there. It was fast and efficient. Overall it was great and I drove 30 miles to get my service done. Also they offered a veteran discount that helped with the cost that I truly appreciated.
