I visited Take 5 yesterday to get my car ready for a long trip, and the whole experience was genuinely wonderful. Kevin and his team went above and beyond — they explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and treated me with such kindness. It’s rare to walk away from car maintenance feeling taken care of, but that’s exactly how they made me feel. My car is ready for the road, and I left with a smile. Big thanks to Kevin and the whole team.
Friendly staff, exceptional service. Had everything I needed in stock. Free water. Very quick turnaround - in and out under 10 minutes. Worth the price! No longer have to wait up to 4 hours at a dealership 🎉
Elias who did my change was very kind. Although Alex (I believe was his name) whom was wearing a different colored top seemed to be particularly rude to him due to him starting my oil change prior to a different vehicle since I was there first. But Alex wanted to do the other because it was an “easier vehicle”. Keep in mind not even in private right outside my window as it was down and Elias was under my car. Other than that great service!
