These are the greatest people! Very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy but will explain in details what you may or may not need. They need to teach the guys on Reynolds Rd how to work! I won’t go back to Reynolds Take 5 again! Worse service ever! But this on Military is totally awesome. Great customer service!
Had a bad experience with another oil change place. I decided to try the new place, take five was wonderful. Due to no fault of their own,they were not able to complete the service, full refund was given, and as soon as I could take care of the problem, I was very happy to return and pay them for their work. Highly recommended, I will not be going anywhere else for both of my cars.
Javon and Clarence got me in and out quickly. They explained everything that they doing to me and give me advice about services needing to be done at the next visit. Very satisfied.
