The manager was also very friendly and took the time to double-check that all the work had been completed correctly. We were able to stay in our car the entire time, which made the experience very convenient. They even offered us water while we waited. This was shocking considering the last oil change was done at the dealership. So not only do they make my family vehicle safe again they literally saved us thousands of dollars for a blown up engine!
