Service was great. The guys were polite and was very attentive to what they were doing. Great customer service. I have been here a few times what concerns me every time it seems to be all new employees. I am concerned Take 5 cannot keep employees for one reason or another. My experience yesterday was only 2 new employees working. How can they take care of 3 bays efficiently and they could have used more employees as there were cars waiting while you could see they were getting frustrated. The 2 working were great as when I got there no other cars were there
Out of state visiting family. Been out for 2 months and before heading back to SoCal my light came on. Since I'm not from the area, I found this online and gave it a chance. When I pulled in, I was greeted by Austin and a bottle of cold water. I provided the mileage, popped the hood and waited in line. Once they started working on my SUV, Austin went over the oil filter, air & cabin filter replacement and which oil change he recommended since my car is over 78k. Austin also discussed my coolant levels and what he recommended along with pulling up my SUV's Carfax report to inform me of any recalls on my SUV. Service was quick, great atmosphere and everyone is laid back and chill. Chatted it out while they serviced the car. Quick and easy and cheaper than I usually pay back in SoCal. Glad I found this place. Will definitely recommend. A++ service and if I'm in town and need another oil change, will definitely go back again.
Great experience at Take 5! Daniel and Saxton did an excellent job with my oil change. They topped everything off, checked everything over, and made sure my car was good to go and safe to drive. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!
