so this was the first time that I used Take five I understand that it is warm in Phoenix, Arizona, so I can’t complain about waiting to be serviced, but once I got past my waiting to be serviced, the Technicians were amazing. Yes I will use the service again. I could only remember one of the technicianbecause JJ is the same initials for my brother, but he was not the only amazing technician just the only name I could remember no disrespect, the Caucasian gentleman was extremely awesome
107° and yet they were there smiling attentive to me took care of my vehicle filled up topped off and still had a smile and constantly asked if it was more they can do... And all of that was free... Great service
I like the convenience. You drive into the bay and get to stay in your car while they work on it. They don’t drain your oil out of your car from the bottom like most oil changes. They vacuum out the old oil in front of you into a clear container so you can see how bad your oil is. All this is cool. The staff is very accommodating. But be aware: The oil change price they quote you upon entry is $88. The bill without the tip at the end was $116. So be prepared to pay for the convenience.
