Oil Change in Phoenix, AZ at 12044 N Cave Creek Rd

Came in to this location for an oil change I'd put off for about a year as I don't drive much due to working from home. I spoke with who I assume is the lead, Aidan (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). This young man was an exceptional lead, was clear and concise, and extremely friendly. Most importantly, he was honest and that means more to me than anything. I'm not that knowledgeable with cars and have always relied on others for help. Aidan explained to me that despite the length of time it had been since my last oil change, I was still good for another 2k miles and to come back in and he'd take care of me. He gave me a new oil change sticker, entered my info into the system and chatted with me for a few while he wrapped up. Great service and honesty like this is rare and I can promise you I will be returning.

Greeted, handed a bottle of water, pulled into the bay, three techs went to work, exited 20 minutes later. All was good. MJ the lead tech was friendly, I was shown after fill up oil level on the stick, filters were checked, wipers are new, MJ reset my maintenance alert system and away I went. Sticker says I can go back for free level check in 3,000 miles. I have 4 cars this shop is services. No problems . Great service.

Top Notch Service @ Take 5 Oil Change on Cave Creek Road in Phoenix, AZ. I've been searching for a local oil change facility to take care of my personal daily drivers, as well as for my small fleet of utility vehicles for my On-site IT Services business. Thank you to the entire TEAM and special shout-out to Jacob for taking the time to talk with me while visiting an off-site auto parts store; and the Aiden for treating me both like a professional (first) and friend (second). Andrew and team did a great job getting my new Jeep serviced and back on the road! I need to maintain a documentable oil change record for warranty purposes. At nearly 3000 miles on a new engine, now was the right time. This group of gentlemen really appeared to collaborate effectively as a team...filling in for each other and i noticed Andrew using my vehicle as a teaching moment, showing other guys what had to be done when working with vehicles so new they aren't in the VIN selection dropdowns yet. Helped me when I wasn't sure how to get coupons off Take 5's website. Congenial and conversant, even while looking up info and keeping an eye on his compatriots to make sure his expertise wasn't also needed elsewhere. I also noticed other customers engaged and smiling or laughing with this well-rounded crew....that's a great work environment!! Thumbs up 👍 👌 to the whole team!
