Went in for an oil change and there was one guy by himself (a champ) got to my car really quickly even though he had one other car in at the same time. Unfortunately he wasnt able to replace my oil filter due to it being tightend to hard on my last oil change so he gave me the oil change on the house. Could not have asked for a better cutomer service experiance.
Carlos Maldonado,Came in to this location for an oil change I'd put off for about a year as I don't drive much due to working from home. I spoke with who I assume is the lead, Aidan (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). This young man was an exceptional lead, was clear and concise, and extremely friendly. Most importantly, he was honest and that means more to me than anything. I'm not that knowledgeable with cars and have always relied on others for help. Aidan explained to me that despite the length of time it had been since my last oil change, I was still good for another 2k miles and to come back in and he'd take care of me. He gave me a new oil change sticker, entered my info into the system and chatted with me for a few while he wrapped up. Great service and honesty like this is rare and I can promise you I will be returning.

Dustin D,I really appreciate the team here at the cave creek location. They do have new team members each time I get my car serviced, but they upkeep the same energy. They explain everything they do for me to understand. Also, when I am on the phone, they don’t rush me and ensure I could take my time what I need to do. I’m sure my last call had some of them laughing with me on my conversation.

I called before coming to secure an appointment when the lady I spoke to said they take cars on a first come, first serve basis.
