Talk about top tier customer service. Zayne was my first impression of Tale 5 and man he is good at what he does. Friendly, welcoming, patient and just all around nice. First time here and he walked me through all the service options, explained what was included in the service. After taking some information, referencing my carfax and answering questions I had, he made some recommended suggestions without being aggressive or pushy. Zayne updated me during and throughout the process from start to finish and remember, this is all while I’m sitting in the comfort of my vehicle. I was in and out in a matter of 15 ish minutes (being my first time here). I believe the price you pay is average to a little about average but well worth it for the time it takes to get it done with the extra checks included. More than the time you save, the convenience of sitting in your car and the average price, Zayne made the experience a near perfect one. Thank you Zayne for being such a friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and genuine guy. Take 5 is lucky to have you man!
Aidan and Zayne were great! They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and courteous throughout entire process. Explained everything clearly, answered my question, and made sure I felt comfortable in their service. Their friendly attitude, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out. Outstanding, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and a great customer experience.
I typically change my own oil. Sometimes though time gets away and is worth paying someone to get the essentials done. This was my first visit to take five. I was pleasantly surprised they didn’t try to pressure sell me any upgrades or anything. Just let me know the condition and let me make my own decisions. I just let them perform the oil change and air filter replacement. Yes, it was definitely more than if I did myself, but that’s to be expected. Convenience comes out of price. I felt that this price was reasonable. Although I will continue to change my own oil. I will definitely be back when I don’t feel like it or don’t have the time. Special thanks to Connor my technician, he definitely has wonderful customer service skills.
