Thank you Collin & Landon for your awesome customer service! You both made an early morning oil change trip fun and less excruciating. You both need a raise for how caring you both are. While there, they also called to personally buy a woman a tire who kept coming in to get her tires filled with air! I will drive all the way from Chandler just to get my oil changed! I probably won’t but the thought is nice. 😂 give these gentlemen a raise!!!!!! Best employees ever!
I got an oil change yesterday morning and I was highly impressed with Bradon and Landon. They were communicative and made the experience both relaxing & personable. Although I am normally leery, I was even inspired to donate to a charity they educated me on. If they hadn’t taken the extra time to educate me, I would not have done it 😆. Thanks guys for doing such a great job for our community 🙏🏽. Take 5: The only choice for affordable, professional oil changes.
I originally had an appointment at a different shop but showed up and they told me it would be 4-5 hours for oil change, so I left, quite irritated. I searched oil change places and found Take 5 nearby so went there. This shop was fantastic from the moment I pulled up they explained the process and gave me a cold bottle of water. I ended up getting an oil change and coolant flush and air filter changed out and I was there for maybe 45 minutes total. The entire shop was staffed by younger people that seemed to work very well together which reflects on the service they provide. I am taking my other vehicles to this shop next week and if the service continues to be great I will make this my regular oil change place.
