First time here recommended by my brother— Went on a Saturday to the Glendale location and had no wait! The whole experience lasted no longer than 15 minutes and I got to wait in my car while it was being done! Steven and Germain did an awesome job, were kind and comfortable, esp when I kept having to make phone calls to double check things. Wasn’t pressured to overspend and again, they were so kind about everything! I also found a $25 off any oil change coupon, so the price came out extremely reasonable! Highly highly recommend!!!!
King and crew took care of both the almost empty coolant and radiator beginning of Sept, in spite of cooling fan repairs at Earnhardt Hyundai end of July, where I naturally assumed these fluids had been taken care of for that specific repair issue. Nope! The check-engine lights were still going on after Hyundai, but not now after Take5. This Camelback and Dysart crew are consistently thorough and respectful. It is reassuring that they actually show you all fluid levels, filters, etc.
This TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE STAY IN YOUR CAR is an amazing place to change your car oil, from start to finish my wife and I were treated with respect and outstanding customer service. Steven, Kendrick and King patiently explained to us the different oil change options and recommended one that suited our car needs. They not only changed our car oil and filter but also were very informative regarding our car small oil leaks that requires to be taken care of and also recommended us to change (specialty with the high heat in Arizona) the coolant due to being low. I highly recommend the services they offer since this place is more than oil change, it is about taking care of your car and their customer service is more than impressive!!
