VERY Kind - gave every discount available without me even asking. Super fast. Topped and checked on things without me asking. Gave the EXTRA Touch of customer service for sure! Water to me and replaced a few missing tire caps, cleaned my windshield....BIG Friendly smiles from the Whole TEAM who took care of me. Lastly, the manager HIMSELF asked how my experience was and if there was More they could do! Very kind. I will for Sure Be Back!!! Excellent customer service!. 😁

I travel for work relocating animals all around the country, and my transports typically begin with flying to pick up the cargo van I’ll be using for the week. This time, the van needed servicing before a long drive that evening, so I stopped by this Take 5 and was immediately met with exceptional customer service from Dorian and Jason. From the moment I arrived, they were thoughtful and attentive, offering me water both when I came in and again as I was heading out, knowing I had a long haul ahead. It was a small gesture, but one that truly went a long way. I came in for an oil change, which included a full vehicle inspection. They identified two issues that required immediate attention, and instead of making me feel pressured or upsold (which, unfortunately, happens far too often. especially as a woman), Dorian and Jason took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. They made it easy to understand why these services were necessary before I hit the road. What really stood out was the cost. For repairs that I know would have run into the thousands at a dealership or elsewhere especially for a cargo van, the total was nowhere near that. The pricing was incredibly reasonable for the type of vehicles we drive. This business, and these employees, truly look out for the drivers who come through their doors. One hundred percent. I would absolutely recommend coming here over anywhere else in the area.
