We just moved to Baldwin County not 2 weeks ago. I found their services to be very helpful. There is no appointment required and the technicians took care of our Suburban with care. It needed more than just an oil change and they completed the work in a satisfactory time frame. I will be using them for my oil changes in the future. Very convenient, the techs seem happy to be there, and they take pride in their work.

A little disappointed. Wasnt up to usual standards. Only cleaned drivers side windshield an left streaked and worse than before they cleaned it. Just had car and engine detailed. They spilled oil on engine. I had to ask them to clean off. Then they left a towel unded hood. I had to tell them to open hood an get towel out. In the past l couldnt have asked for better service. This time l wish l had gone somewhere else.

The convenience of this place coupled with the politeness and professionalism of the staff, made the my oil change experience pleasant and enjoyable. Cameron and gods team we knowledgeable and very diligent. This was my first time at a Take-5 and I will definitely go back and recommend highly! My 3 puppies enjoyed the pets and love that were doled out by multiple members of the staff who paid them attention in between tasks. They offer military discount as well as other money saving deals. I thoroughly enjoyed what is otherwise a dull and irritating errand. Thank y’all!

I discovered I was leaking oil from around the filter after a competitor of theirs changed my oil. Here I am 300 miles from home and leaking oil. Great. I chose this Take 5 from a Google search and decided to give it a try. My service tech, Cameron, was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Very satisfied with the service I received.
