The entire team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end… The manager especially stood out because he made sure his team provided top-quality service and that everything was handled properly. You could tell he takes pride in his team and in making sure customers leave satisfied… I truly appreciated how welcoming, attentive, and efficient everyone was. It’s not often that you come across an entire team that works so well together and still makes the customer feel valued. Thank you to the district manager, manager and the entire Take 5 team for such a great experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last oil change I needed, I went to the Take 5 on Boardman Poland road, and was very happy with their work. This time, I was in the neighborhood and decided to visit this location, and I didn't expect to come out happier than the last change. Tone, Jermor, Nelly and Marq were all great to deal with, all professional, friendly and most of all, fast and knowledgeable. Within a few quick minutes, my oil and filter were changed, washer fluid filled, windshield cleaned, and my tires, air filter and other fluids checked. Doing that myself alone would've probably taken me the better part of an hour or so. That alone makes it a no-brainer to recommend people I know to this location, but the customer service alone makes it even easier. I mean, how many places can you go anymore to have work done and have the manager come to you with complimentary cold water in hand? All in all a great experience.

Everyone working was friendly and professional. No one was pushy. Received a 25% military discount with no hassle. My car burns oil so I’m regularly adding between oil changes, they top off oil for free so that was a huge relief and surprise and savings. Jamal and DeMarco and CJ run a well-oiled machine, no pun intended.
