I stopped in for an oil change and a few other things. The techs explained all to me and why it was done,, but what made my day was this. While preforming the duties they noticed my Persian Gulf tags and saw my desert storm decals. The one got a ball cap from his car and asked me to sign it. Never before was I asked anything like that before. When I was leaving I shook hands with them wishing them a great day and the one walking back in had a big smile on his face saying that he just shook hands with a desert storm veteran. That really made my day.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end… The manager especially stood out because he made sure his team provided top-quality service and that everything was handled properly. You could tell he takes pride in his team and in making sure customers leave satisfied… I truly appreciated how welcoming, attentive, and efficient everyone was. It’s not often that you come across an entire team that works so well together and still makes the customer feel valued. Thank you to the district manager, manager and the entire Take 5 team for such a great experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Marq spells his name with a Q, which is how you know this crew puts a little extra into everything. Great people, plenty of laughs, and a solid team. Give these folks a raise—or at least lunch that isn’t from the vending machine. I’ll be back!
