Yall need to go here. I’ll tell ya what. It was a penny and a half, but worth every cent. The staff there is so knowledgeable and nice. Customer service is awesome. The one lady, I’m so sorry idk her name, blond hair- man she knew what she was talking about and really laid out lamena terms but not in a way that makes you feel stupid, but in a way that you learned something. Same with the guy with the long blonde hair. He was the one that actually lead my services and what an absolute sweetheart he was oh my gosh. Good golly was this man smart too. Patience literally radiated from him. The assistant lady with the cool piercings was such a sweetheart and really did everything to the best of her ability and it showed. I just moved here and don’t really know anyone and am grateful to have stumbled upon this crew. Thank you! Kate
I was driving to pick up my curbside order at Walmart when my 2012 Chrysler 300’s dashboard vehicle info gave me an ‘oil change’ notice. By coincidence right then I was literally driving past a brand new TAKE 5 location. It was sooooo convenient. It was about 6p, my dealer had already closed for the day. There were a couple of cars ahead of me so I did have a short wait. But their staffer could use that time to find me in their records and make sure I knew the procedures I needed and the costs and any specials offered. And she had a nicely chilled bottle of pure water for me when she greeted me. I have over 80,000 miles on my vehicle so I needed several other services performed and I chose to have them done. The price was reasonable and I got the peace of mind that my car was updated. The staff were friendly and worked well with me and each other. There was one thing that I need to get fixed at the dealer, my power steering fluid pump no longer works.
These 3 guys MADE MY DAY!! I actually called a friend when I left to say "I just had the most fun, entertaining oil change ever! All you gals should go here! ". I don't normally leave reviews but these guys deserve it. Lamont, Tad, Scott....... you rock!! The technical services and all that were perfect. They explained everything they were doing and were very professional about it, and I didn't at all feel like I was trying to be sold some BS that I don't need. But during all the 'professional stuff, they just had the best energy. I love me these blue collar boys!
