The folks were helpful when my car wouldn’t start but I think the cable had been bumped when checking either the coolant or the air filter. I know it’s their job to sell more services but I come there for a quick oil change and if we have to sit while they run through their schpeel it doesn’t serve as a quick stop for me. Just my opinion.
It was a really great experience. I was switching from going to Valvoline Service to Take 5. They helped me select a similar synthetic oil. I left Valvoline due to the smart mouthed punks that work there. I was treated like royalty at Take 5.
