The men were all so polite I was very comfortable. The gentleman that approached my car offered me a cold bottle of water. The man that took charge spoke with me every step of the process. They explained to me why Chevrolet wants their owners to use a particular oil. No other oil change place ever did that before. He offered to check the cabin filter, which we couldn’t find, he changed it and was just very professional. I’m so happy the how I was treated that when I’m home in Florida, I’m gonna drive the extra 8 miles to always stay with Take 5!!
Went above and beyond! I was trying to fill my tires at a nearby gas station yesterday but had a valve cap that was stuck. Stopped in to see if they could help and they were so nice and got me taken care of. I still had 3 hours left on my drive, so I really appreciated the help! Also got new windshield wipers while I was there. Super quick and they even cleaned my windshield afterward. Great experience all around!
From the start I was impressed with this business. I will continue using Take 5 as long as I own a vehicle. The 3 guys were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I felt appreciated. Good job - Noah, Tanner and Sully. If upper management would have watched you work, you would have each gotten a raise! Oil change - services button is inop in survey.
