I was missing the sticker from the prior change, felt it was time so went in. They reviewed my last change and told me I still had 1,000 miles to go. So they sent me on my way after checking fluids with an icy cold drink and said they’d see me in 1,000 miles and put a new sticker on. Now. That is customer service. That is what keeps people coming back again and again and again …. Thank you.
The female manager was very knowledgeable and educated me on my new Mazda as this was my first oil change for this car. The guys were quick and responded to all my questions. One of them though slammed the hood down very very hard and that startled me and I think it was not necessary
I started out at the Solon shop. I arrived there Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. I waited for somebody to arrive. The store opened at nine. There was only one person there. They couldn’t open the store because he didn’t have a helper to watch out for safety purposes. So I went across town to the Twinsburg shop where I was greeted by two very nice young man who immediately pulled me into the bay and started taking care of my issue. I was grateful that they were there because they knew what they were doing and they took care of all my needs.
