I was thankful to get a couple of competent fellows to change my oil as late as 7pm on a Saturday. They were professional almost to a fault and applied discounts liberally. The young manager said the entire cast of Take 5 greater Toledo shops were recently trained up properly by a veteran mechanic from Cleveland.
I had an warning light come on saying low oil pressure in my van. I was far from my home. I saw this station and stopped by to see if my oil was full. The men took excellent care of situation. It was my first time at this oil shop. I have confidence on coming back to get my oil change in the future. Thanks!
I’m torn between four and five stars because two of the three employees were still training but Tyler kept them on task and was very patient showing them how to put the new wiper blades on my car. The entire process took a little longer than normal, but I was impressed by his thoroughness
