Updating this given my most recent experience(s). Service had started to lack a couple times (no more water offered, staff were less friendly, and my other fluids were not getting topped off even when my receipt checked that they were). So I backed off a bit and went to another place and they said my oil plug was stuck and that the last place likely overtightened it to the point that my pan was guaranteed to break (a $500 fix). I called Take 5 to ask and see what could be done. The new manager, Andre, told me to bring my car in and he’d take a look. He also assured me that the team is mostly new people and the standards have changed for the better. Andre was right! He personally took a look at my car, verified that a member of the old crew worked on it last and that the fault was theirs and he was quick to make it right. He got the plug off, replaced it with a new one, and they upgraded my oil change and topped off my fluids. Needless to say, I am excited to return my business here. They vibe felt good and the staff were friendly, especially Kaiyleigh (sp?). If you’ve had a bad experience in the last few months, go give them another try. It will be worth it.

I took my brand new car there and the young man did the dip stick like 3-4 times and came to my window and said I'd feel bad charging you. Your oil is golden in color and full. He said you can honestly wait a couple thousand more miles. Then I told him my washer fluid was low and one tire pressure was low. They fixed those things no charge and I went on my way. I've been there before with my last car and my sons truck and every time every experience has been awesome! Keep up the good honest work!!

The Manager you are looking for has a work shirt with the name “Mr. Andre” embroidered on the front. I can tell you that in all of my years getting oil changes done, I’ve never come across a garage with a more professional demeanor than this TAKE 5 on Secor Road, Toledo. No, I cannot speak on behalf of the history of the company Nor the quality of other locations. But I can tell you one thing for certain: Mr. Andre Is the type of person I would want managing my company, or addressing any customer service need that arises. He has a “can-do”, “ Let’s fix this” Type attitude, combined with a customer-centered focus, all wrapped up in a smile that would rival a Costumed Santa in the month of December. If a potential customer is reading this, take my advice and visit this location. It is run with a definitive customer-centric focus and it is definitely worth your time and money. Look for the guy with the “Mr. Andre” Service shirt. If the owner of TAKE 5 Is reading this, you might want to make sure you are compensating Mr. Andre well enough, otherwise somebody is going to steal him from you. I’m not joking. Good luck.
