I took a chance and visited Take 5 Oil Change, and I am so glad I did. The team of young men truly exemplifies the saying, “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!” From the moment I arrived, the technicians demonstrated the leadership, professionalism, and expertise that made me feel comfortable and confident receiving service outside of the Cadillac dealership for the very first time. They were knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. While I acknowledge that continuously using Take 5 is not affordable, as the price was somewhat higher than what I typically pay at the dealership, the exceptional customer service, professionalism, convenience, and overall experience justified the cost. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer care and the way they worked together seamlessly as a team. Their dedication to providing exceptional service reflects positively on the South Euclid community. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dynamic team to anyone seeking quality vehicle service. Thank you, gentlemen, for your courtesy, kindness, and outstanding customer service. You turned a routine oil change into a truly positive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Technicians were very professional and friendly. In addition, the price was very affordable for an oil change. Only took a few minutes to complete service. Would highly recommend! Happy customer
