Two gentlemen stayed an hour after close last night on 10/19 & made sure all the vehicles who wanted to get serviced—got service. I was the last car that night. I really appreciated their time & efforts. I will definitely be returning to Take 5 again for my oil change instead of going to the dealer or another service company, like I’ve been for many years now. Thank you, kindly!
Great customer service. The people at the Solon branch were so helpful in making me understand the different types of oils, what anti freeze was and lots more! They do not sell for the sake of selling and will let u know if you don’t need a replacement for something. So, please ask questions because they are willing to help and answer to clarify them.
I took my dad’s car to Take 5 for service, and the experience was great from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They changed the cabin air filter and took care of everything the car needed while explaining each service clearly without being pushy. It was quick, convenient, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for fast, honest, and reliable car maintenance.
