I took my dad’s car to Take 5 for service, and the experience was great from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They changed the cabin air filter and took care of everything the car needed while explaining each service clearly without being pushy. I had an amazing experience, as I always do at this Take 5 location! Everyone was extremely friendly, funny, and welcoming, and I really appreciate that they never try to oversell you on services you don’t need. Brittany, in particular, was extremely helpful and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I left completely satisfied with no complaints. This is the only place I trust and take my personal vehicle for service. Highly recommend
The guys here took very good care of me and my vehicle made sure they told me of everything that they were going to do and made sure to remind me to come back next week and make sure that I still have all the antifreeze in my reservoir and that everything is fine that nothing else is wrong and as hot as it was having my car off for the amount of time that it was wasn't that bad. I will hope to have this encounter with everyone else who works at this location each time I have to visit them.
