I have been to the Salem OH location twice for an oil change and I have never gotten better service than I have here. Not kidding, from the Manager to the crew that handled the oil change. On the last visit, I checked in with them to top things off before a road trip and to get my filter changed and they were so nice again. Service-oriented, hard working AND well mannered people… 10+
Everyone was very nice. Service was quick. A little pricey But the convenience of just being able to drive up and having it done in a few minutes, made it worth it. I’m used to the cost when my husband changes the oil but since I have a new car under warranty, I guess I need to get used to paying a higher price. If it keeps my cars warranty going And is quick and on my time schedule, I will take the hit.
He did a great job was very helpful kind patient attentive and insightful! Very affective and everything that customer service should aspire to! And trustworthy! 😃
