I visited the shop at the Woodman location in Dayton, Ohio where Parker, Noah, and another young man who's name I didn't get, were working on Memorial Day and did an excellent job changing my oil and informing me of any work I might need in the future. Although it was a holiday and hot outside they were working hard and diligently to service my vehicle and seemingly the other vehicles that came in before me and while I was there. Parker even offered me a bottled water when I pulled up which is very thoughtful! A "new customer" coupon tool me there and their excellent work will bring me back and encourage me to recommend this location.
Needed a quick oil change before heading out of the state and these guys were great!! They were knowledgeable about the different oils and which would be best without trying to upsell me just because. I ended up also needing a coolant flush which they were able to do super quick. I was in and out so fast, highly highly recommend! Thank you Ray and Jaiden!!!
Great service. I pulled in and the team was incredibly fast, professional, and genuinely personable. They explained the coolant flush process clearly, offered me a cold bottle of water, and chatted with me while they worked. I recommend coming by this location!
