Oil Change in Monroe, OH at 105 Clarence F Warner Dr.

I needed an oil change s it was sorely overdue a friend of mine recommended Take five Liberty way but I went to the one in Monroe was greeted so friendly handed an ice cold bottle of water very efficiently assess what was going on I was very blunt that please all I can do today is the oil change nd those two (very friendly and polite young gentleman and a very sweet young lady she impress me with what she jumped right in and began the work and and he processed meat and thenat that location worked very efficiently together they were super kind and it was done right away and the above and beyond the call cleaning your windshields I will go back again

I stopped by on a Wednesday evening around 7:15 to get an oil change. Cameron and Amberley helped us out. Despite having to stop and help their manager with another car that was having a bigger issue, which they apologized for multiple times, I was happy to see that when there was an issue that they made sure to help their customers. They were great to chat with. They gave me waters to share with kids in the back. They took care of the car and the oil change no problem. They checked out the air filter which had warped and worked together to put it in and correctly put the cover for the air filter on correctly which it had not been previously. They did the safety checks and refilled fluids. It was great to chat with them and make sure that I was good to go. Looking forward to going back to that location in the future.

Take 5 Monroe is my new fav oil change place! And Nate (Nathan) the manager is the bomb dot com! I came there in a hurry as my 3 month old was screaming in her car seat (she does NOT like it). She was sleepy, hungry and cranky yet I had to get an oil change as this was the only time I had. It’s actually my husband’s car but I wanted to help him take this off his to-do list since our schedules were getting hectic. So, back to Nate. He was so kind. He let me get out and get my daughter out and then he pulled in the car for me and talked to me about what I needed done outside of the work zone. Talk about relief. I had a non screaming, happy baby in my arms while I got the check an important thing off my to do list. He told me about his 2 kids and that he understood completely. And can I just say —he did not oversell me or try and get me to do unnecessary things. He was honest with me and told me what I needed and nothing else. So many places just try and get you to buy every little add on/ thing. I so appreciate the time and care and help I received from Nate and this visit to Take 5. I can honestly say no other Take 5 that I’ve ever been to has been this great. And I’ve been to a few of them in many different states. They truly care and it’s not just a 9-5 for them. I really hope he doesn’t get in trouble because he did something out of the ordinary for me. As a mother of 4 — I’m so grateful for his help today. He made my life so much easier and just because of this visit I know where I’m coming for any oil changes in the future AND who I’m recommending to all my friends. Go see Monroe’s Take 5 and specifically Nate! He will take great care of you AND your car!!!!
