Today I went to take five after making a phone call and the operator I take five said that I could go to them and get an oil change for $35 after waiting in line for 40 minutes. I got to the counter and I realized that I’ve been misled by the operator, and in fact they do not do that oil change here at this location anymore in return the still took care of me and did the right thing. Taylor and Wyatt were very helpful and considerate and worked with me to do what it was at the operator misled me to believe. Just wanted to say once again that Taylor and Wyatt did an absolute awesome job with taking care of me and making me. Thank you. Taylor and Wyatt at liberty Ohio location
Evan, Wyatt, Nirn were so incredibly helpful. They were busy today but still made sure to take the time to make sure I got everything I needed. They went above and beyond and each offered me water, several times, which was so kind bc it was so hot and I had my toddler in the car. I always stop by here for my oil change and now I hope these 3 are working when I stop by again because I know I'll get taken care of!! Great job gentlemen!!!
I came in for an oil change about 20 minutes before they closed, and they still took me in with no problem. Everyone was super kind and made the whole experience really easy. They even gave me a water bottle while I waited, which was really nice. They walked me through the prices and explained everything without making me feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need like some other places do. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
