I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your Garfield Heights location. While the service was a bit expensive even with the $30.00 coupon, I understand the importance of maintaining my vehicle. I wanted to compliment the young men working at this establishment. They were kind, friendly, and professional, and they promptly changed my oil so I could be on my way.
Very professional and knowledgeable employees. Very efficient, was in and out of there in no time. Also, they offer a veteran discount i took advantage of. Not sure what other discounts they might offer, be sure to ask. Be mindful that a manager is there, though. Tried to go this morning and not only did they open 30 minutes late, were unable to do my transfer cade fluid change because "only managers know how" and apparently they dont work on a Sunday.
The staff was professional, friendly, and quick with the service. They offered helpful recommendations without being pushy or making me feel pressured. I really appreciated their honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be returning!
