I was skeptical to go to an oil change place in general but was so happy with my experience at Take 5! It was super quick and easy and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. I even found a coupon in their website which made the already affordable service even better!
JOSH was very helpful and polite. He was able to explain information on Fleet account and send out information on the account to owner quickly. He was kind enough to check everything on the vehicle and explain what he was doing. Thanks Josh for excellent customer service :)
Outstanding experience . The two gentlemen on duty were polite, welcoming, and very attentive. They went out of their way to help me, explaining the different oil options and giving clear details about parts I could consider replacing in the future. I really appreciated their transparency and patience. Will definitely be coming back!
