The tech was clearly trying to confuse me. I had been advised by my family to get an oil change with a synthetic blend. These guys tried to tell me I needed their "full synthetic blend" for my car, whatever that was. Long story short, I ended up being charged $144 for an oil change and new air filter(!) Update: I returned recently just to get my tire pressure checked (it was low in all tires!) The young man who filled them up took the time to explain how a little extra air pressure could benefit the tires, alignment and give a smoother ride. I truly appreciated this! Some of their employees may be new, but they're still knowledgeable and they "go the extra mile". PS: This was a free service. Thanks, Take 5!
Always a pleasure visiting my friends at the State Rd Take 5!! Absolutely professional, thorough and friendly. They take their time to explain exactly what they did and what you need. I own a foreign car and require special fluids which they always advise me of if they do not have them available. I do not go anywhere else.
Great service. Quick, efficient, and everyone who works there is exceptionally kind. The second I pulled up i was handed an ice cold bottle of water. They put me in the quickest line. Ensured I got the best deals, and answered all my questions
