Oil Change in Columbus, OH at 990 E Dublin Granville Rd.

Stopped in for a quick oil change on my diesel pickup. The staff were very attentive and professional. They topped off all the fluids, checked the tire air pressure. What I liked the most was the ability to pick the brand of oil, and it came from gallon jugs not the bulk tank. My air filter needed replaced but they did not have one in stock. Their manager even went to two auto parts stores but neither had one. When I change the oil myself I have almost $100.00 in oil and filter. With the online discount my bill was around $125.00. Well worth it. Will definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service at Take 5 Oil Change – Store #0962! I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, Store #0962. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Ranzy greeted me with a bottle of water and was extremely welcoming, which immediately made a great first impression. When I pulled into the bay, Shane took the time to go over the services my vehicle needed and clearly explained everything without making me feel pressured to purchase anything additional. I really appreciated his professionalism and approach. Ranzy also reviewed my filters with me, showed me their condition, and provided helpful recommendations so I could make an informed decision. The entire staff was thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout my visit. It was refreshing to receive excellent customer service without feeling rushed or pressured. I will definitely return to this location and would highly recommend Store #0962 to my family and friends. Thank you, Ranzy, Shane, and the entire team for such a positive experience!

Having never handled vehicle maintenance on my own before to say I was a little nervous is understating the truth. Elliot and Chris were more than helpful And had no problem, assisting me with understanding the process and explaining each step as they went. I will be back and will be an ongoing customer. Thanks to them both.
