The gentlemen at Take 5 were incredibly helpful when I really needed it. Before coming here, I went to another oil change company where they claimed they couldn’t remove my oil cap. I found someone to help me get it off and returned to that same location, but they still refused to help. That’s when I decided to try Take 5. I’m so glad I did! The team was friendly, professional, and took care of my vehicle without any issues.
Associates were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Upsold me on the air filter but couldn’t locate the filer showing in the system so kudos to the guy on the upsell but didn’t end up getting it due to organizational problems at the location. Was in and out in 15 minutes max.
