I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Take 5 Oil Change, and it was all thanks to Marquis, the manager working solo on Thursdays. From the moment I pulled in, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and just genuinely down to earth. We ended up talking like we’d known each other for years; which is something you don’t expect from a quick oil change. He was completely transparent about everything he was doing, which made the whole process feel honest and stress-free. As a former mechanic I understood everything he was doing and why, no guessing games, all top-notch! On top of that, he went out of his way to offer me a free water and even hooked me up with a discount. It didn’t feel like a transaction, it felt like being taken care of. Honestly, if more places had someone like Marquis, the bar for customer service would be a lot higher. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on without question. If you’re thinking about where to go, this is the spot. My ONLY complaint is there was no music in the bay, and as a customer I turn my ignition and accessory off. It would be really nice for us to have something to listen to or watch without leaving our vehicle.

Great, quick service. I originally went and returned because there was only one worker. When I came back he pulled me right up, offered me a donut and apologized for the wait, which was no big deal. He took care of my oil and changed my wiper blade quickly and efficiently. Very helpful, great attitude and personality. Props to him for being the only one and handling the entire shop that day.

The team at Take 5 is excellent! Always incredibly friendly and happy to help. They never complain about doing their job, even on the Memorial Day holiday when I visited. They provided knowledge and insight and help ensure I could have the best experience possible as the customer. Will definitely be back!
