I pulled up to get an oil change on my weekend warrior Silverado , and the business was busy. I got directed into a lane and sat a couple minutes and one of employees( kyle I think was his name) came up to the car with an ice cold water. It hit the spot as it was a little hot and I was thirsty. The assistant manager Jessica waved me into the garage , met me with a smile and lots of positive energy. ( that kind of vibe could turn a bad day into a much better day). They checked air filter, fluids, and tires. They offered different options for the work and even recommended differential fluid change that I didn’t realize needed done. I had to opt out of it because I wasn’t financially prepared for it, but it is on the list next time. Finishing the job in a snap and getting on my way easily was the highlight of the day for me. It was my second time at the establishment and both times were great experiences so I think Valvoline lost a five vehicle customer. Please recognize this team, they deserve it!!
So I Came to get an oil change this morning, the experience was great! The young man greeted me soon as I came on the lot with a bottle of ice cold water Rayquan was Nice explained that he was the one going to be under my car after me telling him I was going to be a little late for work and would be pretty quick changing my oil I was kind of in a rush the service didn’t take long at all and on top of that my car is running smoother than ever 10/10 Highly Recommend will be returning for my next oil change! Keep up the great work
Take 5 on Hilliard Rome is the most customer oriented business I’ve ever experienced. Polite, honest, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad customer service experience. I’ve never had anyone upsell me on products either. They let me know if something is off with my vehicle and will quote a price, but no high pressure sales here, and I appreciate that. Kudos to this company and their employees for keeping customer service top of mind!
