I was extremely nice. Everyone was extremely pleasant even throughout the heat. Everyone has a pleasant look on a face and no one was irritated so I had a great experience. I take five located on Cleveland Heights Lee Road.
The crew was very pleasant and thorough! Explained everything that they were doing! Offered you a cold bottle of water when you arrived! I had a Core oil change.
