The gentleman that performed the oil change, and the assistant manager were great. I’ve been to this location on several occasions and was frustrated with the wait time in the past, but this was an amazing experience. They were polite, professional, thorough, and fast. I’ll go back!
Brandon my service writer explained everything step by step. He even explained what the person in the pit was doing. The manager Tahmir was able to show me my oil was at the appropriate level. I was offered water. Great friendly atmosphere. I will return on my next visit.
Harlem was the most professional and kindest young man. He did exceptional service and gave me some muvb needed information on my vehicle no one else has. He was fast and prompt. He was polite and I pray the company is taking care of him well.
