This place was awesome. For context, I usually go the the dealership associated with my make of vehicle. However, this time I chose "Take 5". The team got my vehicle in with no wait, and I was on my way out in less than 20 minutes. They gave me options, were upfront about cost and didn't give any pushback when I declined optional upgrades. All the staff were polite and professional. I will be using this place from now on!
Only giving a 5 because Jayden and Dakota were amazing! Rick (the assistant store manager) was an hour late today. Not here to accept customers while his employees were waiting on him to get in. Once he arrived, during our duration for an oil change he did nothing. Stood around waiting on cops to arrive because he thought he cut someone off but in fact hit someone. Rick just seemed very unprofessional and in my opinion maybe the place could use new management. Because of how amazing Jayden and Dakota were we will come back.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the work being done and went over costs before performing the work. They offered bottles of water during a heatwave and understanding during periods when the vehicle and ac had to be turned off. Going here for all my oil change and standard maintenance needs
