The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the work being done and went over costs before performing the work. They offered bottles of water during a heatwave and understanding during periods when the vehicle and ac had to be turned off. Going here for all my oil change and standard maintenance needs
Always great service at the Beechmont location! They do their best to stay true to their slogan by getting you in and out of the oil change bay in 10 minutes or less without cutting corners! They have always used dealer recommended/better grade products and will match competitors coupons or even offer a better price if able. They also offer free top off service for any fluids in between oil changes if you stop by one of their locations and show them your sticker including windshield washer fluid and up to 2 quarts of free oil if needed.
Like many others, with the coming Arctic blast, I wanted my oil changed, fluids, etc. Pulled in Saturday, just ahead of the storm, 9° out and they were pretty busy. 3 guys running the show. It didn't matter it was freezing (and the huge doors were up and down, up and down), they worked as a team to get us all taken care of. Shayne finished up on my car & happily stepped BACK outside to guide me out. All in a good mood, working quickly, and freezing cold!!! I came back with a hot pizza for them 😂👍
