Service representative was very polite and friendly .However when I called a few days before going to verify I could bring my own oil and oil filter I was told on multiple occasions that I called to verify the cost and it was possible I was told by 2 different employees that the cost before tax was 49.99 when I arrived I was informed that the call center is giving out false information to many of customers. And the actual cost was 75.00 with tax. Quite a bit of difference not sure I will ever be back definitely not satisfied with Take 5 oil change. And I will be calling around to other companies in the future.
Malachi and his manager Aaron were SUPERSTARS!!!! I arrived 8 minutes before closing but not intentionally. I had just discovered an oil leak. I apologized for arriving so late but I explained I had a definite problem. I had my oil changed about 300 hundred miles ago somewhere else (I won't mention any names Oil Express!!) and it turns out they forgot to tighten the cap on the oilpan all the way. So I had a bad leak and was down to about a quart of oil or less. Aaron and Malachi found the problem and fixed it and refilled my car with the right oil. I was more than happy to pay of course and they said "don't worry about it." Wow!! That is super stellar customer service. They were very kind, and this facility has earned my business. I am DEFINITELY returning to their location from now on! Thanks guys!!
Quickest oil change ever! I love that you don't even have to get out of your car. The crew was super efficient, polite, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. They checked my fluids and tires without being pushy about upsells, which I really appreciate. Will definitely be coming back to this location!
