⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been getting my oil changes at Take 5, and every visit has been a great experience. Dymon and Tez were my technicians, and they did an outstanding job. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, explaining everything clearly without any pressure to purchase unnecessary services. They made the entire process quick and hassle-free while providing excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly values its customers. I highly recommend Take 5, and if you get Dymon and Tez, you’re in great hands!
Service representative was very polite and friendly .However when I called a few days before going to verify I could bring my own oil and oil filter I was told on multiple occasions that I called to verify the cost and it was possible I was told by 2 different employees that the cost before tax was 49.99 when I arrived I was informed that the call center is giving out false information to many of customers. And the actual cost was 75.00 with tax. Quite a bit of difference not sure I will ever be back definitely not satisfied with Take 5 oil change. And I will be calling around to other companies in the future.
Friendly staff, I have a Audi Q7, they did not have the filter, but was happy to top up the oil because I did my oil change at a different take 5 location. Awesome customer service highly recommend.
