This was my first time going to this place, but it was recommended. To me thru a co-worker of mine. It was a great experience and a learning experience as well. It was a specific gentleman name Tyler that helped me understand everything he was doing and everything I needed to have checked today. He was definitely detailed and it made me feel like he genuinely cared about giving me the information about my vehicle. I could tell he has a passion for the job even with having to ask for help he was straight forward and his team helped out in different ways with respect for each other. Ill defitnitly be coming back again. Job well done Tyler and Team.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an oil change and before I got home my engine light came on. I called and they told me to come right back if I could. When I got there, there was about 4 cars ahead of me and the technician Ryan came right out and checked my car. As soon as he lifted the hood he saw what caused it and took care of it. This was the first time I had used Take 5 and all and all I will be using them again.
Chrissy was litteraly the best. I work in fast food and honestly her service skills are better then mine or anyone at my store for that matter. She was knowledgeable and kind. She taught me some stuff and even walked me through my car fax to see what else needed done on my car. I will only ever come here now. If I could have gaven a tip to her I would have. 10/10
