Pulled into Barberton site thinking I needed oil change because my car messaged me. They checked & told me I was only down 1/2 quart & oil was still pretty clean. Said I'd put some in at home. Per request, let some over filled air out tires & charged me NOTHING...$0. I found them to be very honest, when they could have ripped me off.
Been using take 5 for years now and I'm always satisfied but what I'd l7ke to know is why they never send me promos or discounts on the things I get have been a faithful customer for 6 years and never once have I been given any kind of discount or customer prom for blades or filters or the oil changes I get get. Maybe they don't respect loyalty. But other then that the service I get is always PERFECT!
Was leaving OH headed bk to GA & if just like to share that I had a great experience with the two guys who serviced my oil change. They were welcoming, went above and beyond showing me the process and topped it off with a complimentary windshield cleaning. Thanks again!
