Wow!! This business has fantastic customer service! From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I felt at ease. Justin (one of the technicians) did a fantastic job of moving quickly while he worked and, at the same time, holding a friendly conversation with me and another employee. I did not feel awkward at all for the very short amount of time it took them to change my oil and 2 filters. I would highly recommend this place for a quick quality oil change with incredibly friendly people!
Kudos to this location for having personable and educated staff. They work quickly as a team with audible communication to each other, while keeping you updated and informed about status of service. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell or push additional services, unless it’s needed. It’s an easy in and out service. I have to shout out Charlie M. the service writer, thought he was calm and cool. He was a team player and made the experience that much better! p.s. they removed the tip option during payment process which I think was a very good move for the business
For 69 years I have only gone to my dealer for service. I believed all the old warnings. The professionals were kind and explained what they were doing. It was very reassuring to be able to get on the road for a weekend graduation event w 100% oil life, a new air filter , tires checked etc. Loved Mr Less’ humor. Thanks for all the reassurance.
