Deagan and John at Take 5 oil change on Arlington Road really seem to care about thier customers. They took the time to explain things to me and made sure I fully understood what was being done with my durango. They were very courteous and respectfull or my time, persknal space and my vehicle. Highly recommended location.
I went in to this Take 5 thinking I just needed an oil change, Shawn told me I should get a coolant flush so I ended up doing that because she explained it wasn't at the right levels, and she saved me money! I thought this was gonna be a quick 20 minute oil change and we were there for 2 hours having problems with our car. After having problems with and thinking I had a real bad oil leak, they fixed the casing for the oil filter fixed my leak, Shawn and mel who was busting their butt for us that day, fixed the problem and explained everything we needed to hear about what was wrong and why we were having the problems we had. Ended up talking it up and having a good time with them while they helped us out! Would totally recommend going to this Take 5!
Shawn and Mel did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. Went there for just an oil change but found out I needed a coolant flushing and I had problems with my head casing that they address and fixed while I was there, that I didnt even know I needed fixed. Super nice, caring, and honest about what needed done with the car. Ontop of all the liquids and check ups. My car drives a lot better now as well so i Would definitely recommend going to this specific take 5 just because of them two!!
