I had a good experience at Take 5. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick. They checked my oil, explained what was going on, and topped it off without making the process stressful. I appreciated that they were straightforward and helpful, especially since I’m trying to stay on top of maintenance and keep my car running right. Good service and I’d come back again.
I have been going to this Take 5 since they opened almost 10 years ago and they aways have good customer service, but I have not had great customer service and kindness since Skyler the old manager a couple years ago. This young man did an oil change on my 1997 Toyota 4Runner, and was very kind, very knowledgeable and thorough and his customer service was amazing, his name is Jacoby H, at store # 149. Thank you Take 5, for training these young men to be proud of the work.
Jacoby was such a nice and helpful worker. I like that I can fill my fluids there between oil changes. Otherwise I would find somewhere else because it is a little bit on the pricey side. But they do have really good service so I'm going to give it a five star. It's expensive out there everywhere so I can't pick on Take 5. I do appreciate that they give opportunities for coupons.
