I went to this location as the second option since when I arrived at their Barberton location, I was greeted with “are you just getting a top off or air in your tires?” I said no I’m here for an oil change, he said “bro you should’ve been here earlier, we only have 3 people here”. I said you close at 5pm right? This was at 3:10pm mind you, and the name of the place is Take 5, meaning it doesn’t take hours, lol. Arlington had 2 people and did a fantastic job!
All three guys on staff were a GREAT team! Not only were they quick, but their personalities were family-like, and I felt like they had my best interest and safety at heart. Also worth mentioning, another customer came while I was there, and she was not nice at all. They dealt with her in the nicest way, and it was admirable. (I'm not sure I would have responded to her so kindly, to be honest. ) I'll definitely be back!
The gentleman that helped me with service went above and beyond. He was totally honest with me about an over-reactive oil level sensor in my car that has been causing me to think I'm so low on oil that it's damn near empty, going of and telling to check oil level with every turn and acceleration. I was less than a quart low. It had only been a thousand miles since my last oil change and I thought I was burning through oil like mad. He was honest showed me my dipstick and topped it off. That's honest and real customer service! Thank you guys!
