Great customer service. The techs took their time making sure I understood what service I was getting, what services I may need and offered additional information when asked. Very professional environment and prices are reasonable in today’s time. Very satisfied customer and will continue to do my service with the group they have working under our hoods! I believe one of their names was Jamare, sorry if it’s spelled wrong, and he was highly exceptional along with the rest of the team! Couldn’t ask for better!
Every single visit is so seamless, professional and efficient. I like the extra mile they go to make sure you are comfortable. The clear cut easy to understand instructions during the process is great! 1st time I went, I decided this is where all my oil changes will take place. However, when I went recently the prices for the exact same service (per my last receipt) had increased by $9.00 and service charges increased also. Should we expect an increase each visit or should I find another service provider? Thank yall!!
Bre and Daniel provided outstanding customer service from start to finish! They changed my oil, topped off my coolant, and replaced my air filter quickly and professionally. They even offered me a bottle of water at the beginning of my service and gave my kids Capri Suns, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and made the entire experience smooth and stress free. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this Take 5 location and will definitely be back for my future vehicle maintenance. Thanks again, Bre and Daniel!
